What Check Your GPS Pin provides
Check Your GPS Pin provides business visibility investigation, evidence collection, public business information review, correction and recovery support, verification preparation, propagation and rechecks, and related operational services. Depending on the agreed scope, work may include Google, Bing, Apple, maps, pins, routing, listings, identity and NAP consistency, duplicates, websites, local discovery, citations, backlinks or local authority, client communications, public records, user-supplied materials, and field observations.
Not every service is included in every project. The applicable proposal, invoice, checkout, or service agreement defines the work included for a particular engagement.
Third-party platforms are outside our control
Google, Bing, Apple, maps, search services, directories, social platforms, and other third-party systems control their own rankings, search placement, routing, verification, reinstatement, listings, approvals, correction decisions, processing times, data refresh timing, and whether a submitted change remains in place.
Check Your GPS Pin does not guarantee more calls, more leads, rankings, traffic, revenue, customer acquisition, verification, reinstatement, platform approval, correction success, processing time, or permanent data accuracy. Findings and public information can change as third-party systems change, independent of anything Check Your GPS Pin does.
Free Visibility Assessment
The Free Visibility Assessment is a limited preliminary review intended to identify areas that may deserve closer investigation. It is not a complete professional audit and does not guarantee that a problem exists.
The questionnaire may include prospect-reported concerns about calls or inquiries, phone-number visibility, website or domain information, Google profile visibility, service-area clarity, maps, listings, social or profile links, old or conflicting business information, and storefront location issues when relevant. A service-area business may have different concerns than a storefront business.
Questionnaire answers are prospect-reported observations. Preliminary results are not verified findings, do not establish the cause of a reported business problem, and do not guarantee a business outcome.
Investigation + Action Plan
The CYGP Investigation + Action Plan is a paid, evidence-based review used to identify material visibility conflicts, correction scope, risks, and supported next actions. Investigation does not automatically include correction work unless the agreed scope says otherwise.
Correction and recovery projects
Straightforward, standard, and complex correction or recovery projects are scoped according to the issues found, available evidence, affected systems, access requirements, verification risk, and expected follow-up. Owner authorization or legitimate account access may be required for some steps.
Full Business Identity + Local Discovery
Broader engagements may address business identity alignment, propagation, service and location information, website or local discovery signals, citations, local authority, rechecks, and conversion readiness. The exact work depends on the agreed scope.
Ongoing Visibility Care
Ongoing care may include monitoring, scheduled rechecks, minor corrections, citation or platform drift, and priority response within the agreed scope. It is not unlimited professional work.
Custom or complex scope
Complex, multi-platform, multi-location, verification, recovery, field, documentation, or other operational work may require a custom scope. Some platforms require the business owner or another authorized account holder to personally authorize access, complete verification, or take a final account-level action. Check Your GPS Pin cannot bypass those requirements.
Payment terms
Payment timing, deposits, milestones, and final payment terms are shown in the applicable proposal, invoice, checkout, or service agreement. Payment may be processed through Stripe or paid by another method shown in those materials. Payment is not conditioned on a third-party platform approving or permanently preserving a correction.
Your responsibilities
- You must provide truthful information about the business and its records.
- You must have appropriate authority to act on behalf of the business you are managing through Check Your GPS Pin.
- You may not use another business's records or access without authorization.

Intellectual property and permitted use
The Check Your GPS Pin platform, methodology, and materials are the property of Check Your GPS Pin. You may use them only to manage your own business's engagement with our service, not to resell, redistribute, or represent them as your own.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to access another business's data, evidence, or correction records without authorization, or submitting false information about a business.
Refunds and cancellations
Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, and non-refundable work terms, if applicable, are stated in the proposal, invoice, checkout, or service agreement for the engagement. Contact us promptly with a billing or cancellation concern so we can review it against the applicable terms and work already performed.
Service limitations
Check Your GPS Pin's investigation, public-information review, correction, and follow-up services are provided based on the information available to us and the decisions of third-party systems we do not control. We do not warrant a specific business outcome, ranking, approval, or result.
